Why am I sitting here on my bum, writing?
Really, my life is already too busy...
I ought to be starting the dinner...
Tidy house, tidy mind... my mind is a bit of a bombsite, don't get me started on the house...
It's compulsive; I tell myself I'll write less and ease the stress, then I go and start again...
Nice beginning, mildly interesting middle, but - sigh - will I ever get to the end?
Guess I won't know unless I keep at it...
This is a Blog Hop!

Oh, that was cute, Linda. I like your creativity. Sometimes I think I've grown roots in this damn chair, lol!
Ps. We won't talk about my house either, lol!

Cute! I have that nagging little voice too. I just try to ignore it. :)
Great post! You've hit the nail on the head with 'compulsive'!
Thanks! Yes, sometimes I've sat for so long I've lost all feeling in my buttocks! Can't be good!
Nicely done! I'm new to your blog - visiting from the IWSG! :) Nice to meet you!
Exactly. And yet, can you really imagine your life without writing?
No, Tasha, I can't! But it would be a lot simpler in many ways!
Thanks for the visit - I went and had a nosey at your blog too!
I can ignore it for a few weeks, maybe a month...
The first and most important piece of advice I received was BICHOK = Butt In Chair Hands On Keyboard... so being stuck to the chair can be a good thing or bad thing, depending...
Visiting from IWSG - nice to meet you!
My chair has a butt print in it...no kidding. And my house, well, we'll skip that part! :) As for dinner - we eat way too much take out.
Writing can take over, but I can't imagine doing anything else. :)
Very cool post.

Ha! Michelle, I need a chair soft enough to leave a butt print in - that's obviously where I'm going wrong. Agony! Nice to 'meet' you!
Fun! I found you from one of the Insecure Writer's blogs - I forget which one :-) Nice to meet you.
Very good! Yes you must keep at it to find out what happens next.
I think time management is something that fails most of us!
I had to look up your crush as I had never heard of him. Thanks for the education and thanks for following :)
