50 things to do!

My bloggy-friend, Vikki at The View Outside gave me this idea (well, actually I stole it as I didn't ask first, but that's just a technicality, surely?)

It seems that she (shamelessly) stole it from another blogger, Paula Acton.

The idea is to create a list of 50 things to do before you reach 50 (or I guess you can substitute any age with any number of things!)  50 suits me fine as it gives me just over 5 years to get some of these (I'm not pretending I'll get around to all of them...) under my belt.

You can find my list here.  What would be on your list?

Good luck with your list!

Hmm, I'm not sure what I would include. I did write a bucket list several months ago. Maybe I'd better refer to that. :)

Have a great weekend!

Those are good! I'd like to learn Russian. Greek would be good, too!

Well, hmmm, I've got until May before I hit that number so I'd have to keep it simple with things like eat cake for breakfast or sleep in past six. Maybe I need to work on those goals a little more. :P

I love the idea! Maybe I should make one for myself, and including "owning a house"!
Good luck with it!

What a fun idea! I want to make a list now. I had to laugh at your last entry about wearing more colors with your black. Whenever I go clothes shopping I always intend to buy a variety of things but somehow always end up with black, black, and more black. I can't even count how many pairs of black pants I have.

Have a great weekend, Linda!

Don't worry - I won't tell Vikki.

I started making a list like this a while ago. My husband said he'd write it for me. His version was 'go everywhere, do everything that seems like fun'. We're having a good go at doing both of those.

I want to visit a medium too! In fact I like a lot of your list. I made a 25 things before 25, but didn't really manage much!

If I add to my to-do list, I think it will put me over and I won't make it to 50. (I'll be 45 this summer.)

What an awesome list. I'm impressed that you already speak French and I'm wondering if I'll save money when the kids leave or if college will bankrupt me? Sigh. Note to self...tuition is due again.

Love that list! And I wonder how many of us share your number one?? I have six years to fulfil that particular dream, and counting ;) You must see Les Mis on stage in London. If I had to list the top fifty things I've done in my life, that would be way up near the top of the list. I've seen it twice, the second equally as momentous as the first. The film is wonderful too but for me, you'll never beat hearing all those beautiful, world class voices, together with full orchestra, on stage. Best of luck with the list and keep us posted!
